Position Overview
Role & Responsibilities
1. Project Manager for datawarehousing and BI projects
2. Manage project activities from end to end and lead junior developers.
3. Responsible for project assessments, project approvals and all project deliveries.
4. Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
5. Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
6. Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
7. Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
8. Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
9. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
10. Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
11. Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.
12. Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support.
13. Assist program director in project budgeting
Requirements
1. Has at least 5 - 6 years experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics projects.
2. Has implementation involvement in at least 5 - 6 project cycles
3. Has at least 3 - 4 years experience in project management
4. Has at least 5 - 6 years experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from end-users
5. Preferably with experience in healthcare industry, with broad understanding of healthcare business processes like patient administration, patient medical and non-medical services.
6. Understanding and hands on experience in all phases of project lifecycle.
7. Strong communication skills and end-user focused.
8. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
9. Team player to ensure team meets delivery targets.
