'The objective of the project is to develop/leverage a framework to model and represent data interactions in a graph network. The framework will provide the candidate to know how graph can be constructed, develop queries, use graph algorithms and perform validation on the graph approach. Furthermore, the candidate will also learn how to develop a widget-based dashboard or customize existing visualization frameworks to explore interactions and display the findings. The interactions and findings will be the graph features where the candidate will observe and extract for health outcome classification.

Learning outcome:

• The intern will learn data preparation, how to perform data ingested to be represented in graphs, query syntax to build queries, and graph algorithms.
• The intern will be exposed to front-end, widgets and API development.

Requirements:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline
• Be graduating in May/December 2024 or May 2025
• Strong in Python language for data processing and model development.
• The intern is required to have at least coding experience in Python, and additionally of advantage (but not required) to have some familiarity with graph theory, graph representation frameworks (property graphs, RDF) or graph databases
• Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
• Passionate about IHiS and keen to make a difference and reimagine the future of HealthTech
